I've created a pretty decent game. and i want to sell it for 100$.  where should i go ?

For this price, go to Steam. No one here will pay 100 dollars for a game, even a "pretty decent" one.

I think he means to sell it as IP and source code. 

I am sorry but even if you have given me your game and 100 dollars just to publish it I would not bother with it.
