Hi, I wanted to do a game in scratch but I can only convert it to HTML, is it valid?

Assuming your using turbo warp to convert scratch project's to HTML, there's an option to export scratch projects as a zip HTML folder. And also, if you weren't using turbo warp, here's the link.
