sorry for the late notice but would anyone be interested in making some music for my entry? This is one of my first game jams and I need some dark ambient music like you are deep down in a cold ocean. The game itself will be about a deep sea creature called a clione(or sea angel) feeding and avoiding deep sea creatures eg, whales fish  jellyfish etc.  here are some images of clione that I am taking inspiration from.

I keep falling through the ground

that bug has been there for a while... I spent ages trying to find weird solutions to fix it. It was one of  those bugs that show up when you change something completely unrelated and somehow it breaks the game.

thanks for the feedback! I tried to fix the coin problem but nothing seems to be working.

The game doesn't need you to put them in the houses, as long as there are enough houses to hold all the sporelings they won't die.
