Sonic the Hedgehog is celebrating his 30th anniversary this year. This jam is a celebration of the little blue hedgehog and his influence on the gaming community. After seeing a number of anniversaries for major franchises fizzle with a dud, I thought why not give the fastest rodent alive a proper celebration. The jam will end June 23rd which happens to be Sonic's 30th Anniversary.

Rules:

* Submitted games must contain Sonic the Hedgehog in some capacity
* Submissions can not be monetized in any way
* SFW submissions only (No Nudity, No Gore)
* Have fun

This is an open jam for anyone to join. If you want to make a Sonic TTRPG, do it. If you want to make a Sonic dating sim, then go for it. If you want to make a Sonic pinball game, well you wouldn't be the first one to think of it but don't let that stop your creativity. This is an open celebration of everyone's favorite hedgehog so let's celebrate with some chili dogs when this all wraps up.

Not saying you can't make that Sonic/Shadow erotica, but you aren't going to be able to post it here. Sega seems cool with us having a bit of fun with their blue boy so the rules are in place just to keep it all on the up and up. The jam will run for a month and won't have rankings so there really is no pressure with this. Have fun and I can't wait to see the submissions.
