Post jam upgrades

A few of the things we wanted to include that we didn't have time for!

• passengers can flip again
• touchscreen support! play it in browser on your phone with another person!
• wee bit more sfx
• cant restart when you shouldn't be able to
• switched player 1 & 2 so they're more like their colors
